Yes — I am in-network for Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health in MA and RI. For other insurances, I can provide a ‘superbill’ for help with out-of-network reimbursement.

Out-of-pocket fees are $160 for a 50-minute session.

Frequency of sessions depend on your availability and needs. I recommend clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum prior to moving to every other week.
